Your credit card details are required to make a reservation but will not be charged at the time of booking. Your credit card is only used as a form of guarantee. Please read our booking policies for details relating to cancellation fees and no show charges.

At Jumeirah we take great care to ensure that your credit card details and other personal information are secure at all times. Our reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts information provided so as to protect against unauthorized use.

1. On the bottom right hand corner of the Booking page you will find a section called ‘Find Reservation’
2. Simply add your email address and confirmation number to retrieve your booking information.
3. Options are available to cancel or amend your booking.
