Choose to hold your company business meetings in one of our 12 boardroom-style Congress Rooms in the Hotel Tower, or perhaps your annual conference and banquet in the splendour of the Godolphin Ballroom. If it is an office away from the office that you need, feel free to select your city view from our choice of fully furnished offices. 

Whether you are an experienced meetings planner or planning an event for the very first time, our dedicated event management team will be on hand to help you plan and supervise your event, meeting or conference with precision. We understand what success means and we know how to deliver it. 
Godolphin Ballroom

This stylish Ballroom is a highly impressive, sophisticated setting covering a total area of 787.5 m² / 8,477 ft² with well-designed fittings, walnut panelling, marble flooring, hand-tufted carpets, natural daylight, high ceilings and ultra-modern chrome crystal chandeliers. It can be divided into three separate meeting areas and provide full audio-visual equipment.

The Godolphin Ballroom can be accessed by a dedicated entrance on the South side of the hotel; valet parking available. Guests may also enter from the main hotel lobby via the staircase and escalators leading down to the Godolphin Foyer. Escalators from the underground car parking provide additional access.
